OOA 10:14 am of February 16, 2024, PASCUAL V. CAOILE JR.
of legal age, resident of 56 Barangay Parayao Binmaley Pangasinan,
name of the victim personally appeared to this Barangay Hall and
reported that MARCIAL PICADIZON MANDAPAT, 24 year old,
born on March 20, 1999 and MARIO PICADIZON MANDAPAT,
30 years old, born on April 18, 1982, name of suspects and resident
of # 041 Dalangiring Urbiztondo, with no valid proof of identity,
allegedly stolen an electric fan motor and air conditioner motor inside
the residence of the said victim. That when the suspect was still inside
the residence of the victim, one of the sister in law of the victim saw
the suspect doing the said activity, and they apprehended the suspect
and brought to their Barangay hall to file a legal charge against him.
After the investigation in the said Barangay hall, some noticed that
there were also the same incidents regarding alleged theft before that
link to the suspect.
Likewise the barangay personnel notice that the motor vehicle used by
the suspect has no plate number and they verify but the suspect failed
to present any documents to prove.
