Description:
The goal of this project is to automate and facilitate the loan process system for different kinds of
consumer loans and also track the customers/borrowers who are not able to repay the loan and
restructuring the loan process so that the borrowers can pay it with the ease. This project provides
many features like fraud checking, customer background verification, image uploading etc.

Responsibilities:
 Developed Harness, Sections and all UI Related.
 Developed Declarative and Decision rules.

Project Description:

The system has the complete automated process for a claims life cycle, right from onset of a claim to its
generation of Claim number. The application collects / maintains the loss information. This system
integrates with many external applications like Access, DDC to register the claim number with all the
required inputs from various channels. Claims can be of any type like Auto, WC, Property, GL etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Involved in Developing when rules, decision tree, decision table, and declarative rules.
 Unit testing and Bug fixing.
 Created Validation rules to implement business logic validation.
 Involved in the creating User Interfaces (section, harness, flow action).
 Worked on Validate Rule & Declare Constraints.
 Involved in creating activities
 Developed Data tables and worked with Pega and Ref database.
 Worked with Clipboard, Rules Inspector and Tracer for troubleshooting the issues.

The Global Dispute Management (GDM) application has been developed using PRPC to help the
American Express to set up and deal with Card Member Disputes with a vision to create a single
global application for handling dispute.

• Worked on activities, when rules and decision rules.
• Prepared the User Interfaces (Section, Harness and flow action).
• Worked on Flows like process and screen flows.
• Creation of Declarative expressions for a value change on the properties.
