Performance Task 1:

Writing a Personal Prayer/Open Letter

Objective: Compose an open letter address to the

victims of bias and prejudice.
Dear Victims of Bias and Prejudice,

We write this open letter to you with heavy hearts, knowing that
you have experienced deep pain and injustice due to the actions of
others. We want you to know that you are not alone, and that we
stand with you in solidarity.

It is unacceptable that in this day and age, people are still

subjected to bias and prejudice based on their race, gender, sexual
orientation, religion, or any other characteristic that makes them
unique. We recognize that these experiences can be traumatic,
and we extend our deepest sympathies to you.

As members of the global community, we must do better. We must

listen to your stories, amplify your voices, and work together to
create a world that is free from discrimination. We must
challenge our own biases and educate ourselves on the
experiences of others.

We want to assure you that we are committed to creating a safer,

more inclusive world for everyone. We will continue to advocate
for policies and practices that promote equality and justice, and
we will not rest until every person is treated with the dignity and
respect they deserve.

In closing, we want to express our gratitude to you for your

courage and resilience in the face of adversity. Your experiences
have undoubtedly shaped you into strong, compassionate, and
empathetic individuals, and we are honored to stand beside you.

Sincerely,

[Russel Bangal]
