tea and its benefits.

There are many types of herbal teas. One, for example, is Rooibos tea. Rooibos tea is a type of herbal tea
that is rich in antioxidants. It is undoubtedly a delicious alternative to green or black tea. In addition, it is
proven to be free from caffeine. Therefore improving your heart health and reducing high blood
pressure.

In the other hand, there is a tea called Chamomile Tea, which focuses more on helping people relax and
fall asleep. Moreover drinking Chamomile Tea is proven to improve sleep quality. In addition to this,
Chamomile tea has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and regulates blood sugar. In a study done in
2019, it is proven that Chamomile tea lessen the effects of anxiety. However, this herbal tea is made
from dried flowers instead of leaves.

It should be noted that herbal tea can be more than just dried flowers, it can be made by infusing mint
leaves. For example, Peppermint tea is a herbal tea that is made by dipping mint leaves into hot water.
This tea is naturally and free of caffeine, therefore linking it to health benefits, including digestion,
energy, and more. This naturally sweet tea undoubtedly has a minty and sweet flavor. Despite the sweet
taste, Peppermint tea is rich in antioxidants like polyphenols and flavonoids, which support metabolic
and cardiovascular health.
