Showreel film concept for Sathish

 NINE MEMORIES

INT. SATISH HOUSE - NIGHT

Sathish is standing infront of a store room and just looking

at the door to open but couldn’t open. He remembers his
fathers voice in the background.

FATHER
Rey Sathish, Nuvvu eppudu low ga
feel aina, e store room ni clean
chesi baitaki ra. Trust me, you
will feel high..

Sathish takes a deep breath and opens the door, room looks
dusty and unclean with some old properties. The very first
property he sees is an old cycle. Just undusts the cycle with
a cloth in his hand and dust spills on him with a background
voice of his brother.

BROTHER
Anna assalu vadhalaku, alaage
pattukoni
undu..reyy...vadhilesava...

Emotion 1: Hasyam

Hears the sound as his brother falls down in mud and Sathish
starts laughing out loud.

BROTHER (CONT’D)
Pichodva ra navvuthunnav..

Emotion 2: Karuna

Next Sathish sees an old chair in the store room corner.

Emotion 3: Shringara (love and beauty)

Here Sathish sees a prop related to his first girl friend in

collage.

Emotion 4: Raudra (Anger)

Here suddenly light goes off and he looks for a candle. Once
he lights up the candle he sees his a Belt and suddenly feels
anger remembering his mother beating him severely all the
time with that belt.

Emotion 5: Veerathvam (heroism)

He breaks that belt and light comes back. He just offs the
candle light and sees a large old knife attached to the wall.
While he is walking towards that wall he listens a bacground
sound of a drama he made in his collage which was Chatrapathi
Sivaji maharaj drama and feels soo heroic listening to the
applause.

Picks up that knife and feels soo good.

Emotion 6: Bhayanaka (Fear)

While he tries putting back that knife his thumb gets cut and
looks for a cloth to tie. While he takes that cloth he sees
his uncles old photo with large mustach in milatary dress. He
gets scared as he is listning to his Mothers words while
beating he was anger and when his mother says

MOTHER
Cheppinattu inakapothe me mama ni
pilustha..

Emotion 7: Bibhatsam (Self hatradness and feeling disgust)

Now he sees his old report card where he failed in all the
exams, remembers his fathers words..

FATHER
Rey Sathish, mee amma ninnu roju
kodthunna nenu em cheyalenu, mee
mama ninnu bayapedthunna nenu
emcheyalenu kaani nuvvu baaga
chadhuvkuni esari manchi marks
thechkunte ninnu ekkadkaina
dhooranga pampisthanu chadhuvu ane
saakutho..manchi marks thechkuntav
kadha???

Sathish feels soo guilty looking at his old report card and
says sorry to his father.

Emotion 8: Adbhuta (Surprise)

Sathish feels sweat and ons old cooler switch and the cooler
starts with extreme noice. With heavy blow lot of papers from
the racks get spread through out the room. He starts picking
them slowly and looks at a letter. Feels surprised reading it
as it was from his mother to him.

MOTHER
Chinna, roju ninnu kodthanu kaani
ne every birthday ki oka letter
rasthanu.

MOTHER (CONT’D)
Kaaranam vethukoni ninnu kodthanu
endhukante nenu nuvvu
pedhayyesariki undanu, naku
breathing issues unnai ra nuvvu
collage ki velle time varaku kuda
nenu undanemo. Andhuke na meedha
nuvvu asahyam penchukovalani roju
kottanu. Naku telsu nuvvu pedhayaka

ankuntunnava.. I want you to
remeber me as a good surprise not
as a bad memory..

Sathish feels mix of surprise/excited and little smile on his

face.

Emotion 9: Shanta (Peace)

Once he finishes cleaning the store room, feels soo

refreshing and while he is coming out of the room he sees a
shankam near the door. Picks it up and puts at his ear. Feels
peace full with slight wind sound.

Comes out of the room and closes the door..
