FRAYÖL GEAR S2 ... EP - 460 / 680 / 1000 / 1500

DESCRIPTION:

Fully synthetic technology lubricating oils specially designed to withstand extreme load and temperature situations. Its
advanced formulation provides extraordinary chemical resistance to oxidation, providing long drain times and a high cost
reduction due to maintenance downtime.

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:

✓ Minimal foam formation.

✓ Reduced tendency to form deposits, keeping the gear in an excellent state of cleanliness.

✓ Excellent thermal stability, allowing temperature peaks of more than 140 ºC to be reached.

✓ Rapid water separation, which prevents moisture from reaching metal surfaces.

✓ Superior anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion capacity.

✓ Reduces power losses due to friction, ensuring optimal performance and silent operation.

✓ Their excellent Extreme Pressure properties make them suitable for use in heavily loaded elements.

APPLICATIONS

✓ Lifetime lubrication of gearboxes, especially worm gears.

✓ Gears subjected to large external temperature variations, where excellent cold fluidity combined with high stability and
lubricity at high temperatures is required.

✓ Guillotines (Polar, Wholemberg, etc.), Folders (Jagemberg, Bremer, etc.), mechanical elements in machines Roland,
Heidelberg, König Bauer, Wifag, Chambon, etc.

✓ Gear systems, reducers, plain bearings, guides and bearings where a lubricant with EP properties is required.

✓ Lubrication of elements with shock and/or sliding loads.
