If you are to be represented by an attorney or wish to have witnesses present, they

must make an appointment with our office (217 782-7273) within 5 business days of
date noted above to allow the attorney or witnesses to testify in the above-scheduled
hearing date, or they will not be allowed to be present at your hearing. All attorneys
and witnesses are subject to approval from the Illinois Department of Corrections
before being allowed to be present.

Note: The Illinois Prisoner Review Board Members DO NOT calculate time for your
discharge date. Do not ask Members when your release date will be. ALL time
calculations are the responsibility of the Illinois Department of Corrections’ Record
Office staff. Release dates are not official until you receive the calculation sheet from
IDOC Records.
