2.MEK Rub test
*Rubbing the surface of a baked film with cheesecloth soaked with MEK.The rubs are counted as a double rub
(one rub forward and one rub backward constitutes a double rub).

Requirement: At a minimum, 25 double rubs should not break through the coating.

Result: Pass

Remarks: Aluminium surface is not visible but Slightly paint is sticking to the cotton

3.Cross hatch test:

*Cross hatch the surface using scribe lines spaced 1mm apart
Requirement: There shall be no loss of adhesion after applying and removing adhesive tape from the scribed area.
Result: Pass
Remarks: No coating peel off/No loss of adhesion
4.Water boiling test
*Fill product with water and boil for 30 mins

Requirements: No colour Change

5.Resist to fire
*Dry heat the Cookware on gas Stove @ 200° C for 10 mins
