Dental X Ray Room for Dental machine will be next to main X-Ray Room. 2. Shifting of eye specialist room and remodeling of both refraction room & eye specialist room in proximity. 3. Small cabin for RSO will be at present waiting area near X-Ray Room. 4. One consultation chamber. 5. Preferably toilet for CMO Incharge in space where small office room indicated/ otherwise this small office room will be for visitors / PA to CMO 1/C Medical Centre.
