1. Title – Study of Workers in Building Construction

2. Importance of Topic – Workers in Building Construction comes under unorganised sector
and they are working on Daily Wages. They have their problems and this is way to study
their Problems.
3. Justification and Research Gap – These Labour doesn’t have much education
4. Methodology of Study - Random Survey Data
5. Area and Scope of Study – 2-3 Building Construction Site
6. Objective of Study - i) To know more about Workers from
ii) To figure out their Relationship with organization to whom they are
working for and Job related issues.
iii) To know more about work related Problems of Building
Construction Workers.

7. Hypothesis - Survey Data of Result of Questionnaire

8. Limitations of Study - The study has been limited in the sense that it is confined to a Limited
Worker Random Survey, referencing for collecting data.
9. Chapter Scheme of Project – (i) Introduction (ii) Review of related literature, (iii) Design of
the Questionnaire for Survey, (iv) Analysis of the data & (v) The summary and discussion
