+ One World (1W), parent company of One Media (1M) which publishes constructionHQ industry platform, represented by
Mr. Adam Tamerji (Marketing & Sales Officer), henceforth identified as “Publisher”

+ Elan Expo, organizer of Nigeria Build Expo 2024 held in Nigeria from May 21st to May 23rd, 2024. Represented by Rajendra Sharma – Event Director,

EOS - 07 Website Banner Publish constructionHQ's banner where relevant on event's website, including under "Media Partners" section.

EOS - 08 Website Onlne Access Provide Publisher with access to download a database of visitors / exhibitors as well as conference papers (if available).
 1. This document referred to as "Barter Deal" is a legally binding agreement between Publisher & Organizer.
2. Please carefully check the information included herein for accuracy & notify One World (1W) for any changes, corrections, or additions you might wish to make before authorizing (signing
& stamping) this Barter Deal.
3. Cancellations are not accepted once this "Barter Deal" is authorized (signed & stamped) by Organizer and submitted to Publisher.

Legal Notice / Terms 4. Signing & stamping of this "Barter Deal" signifies acceptance by Organizer and advertising agency (if available) to all terms and details included therein.
5. All Promotional material related to promotional services specified under "Promotional Campaign" – under VPS section - must be submitted by Organizer or advertising agency (if available),
1 week prior to Issue's Promotional Material Deadline (as specified in Editorial Program) and as specified in "Issue(s) / Publishing Period or Sending Date".
6. If promotional material is not submitted on time by Organizer, we reserve the right to proceed with publishing promotional service(s) using material previously submitted by Organizer to
Publisher to avoid publishing delays / disruptions, and to bill Organizer for space scheduled accordingly.
7. Publisher pledges to execute this Barter Deal professionally and to publish / post / send promotional services as specified under "Promotional Campaign" section.
