The aforementioned Employment Contract is hereby supplemented as follows:

Ownership Interest. The Employee is hereby granted 5% of vested ownership interest

in Smith's Candy, LLC.

We, the Employer and Employee, agree to the aforementioned additions to the
Employment Contract. Any changes made are legally binding upon signature of both
Parties.
