Good afternoon everyone, now I'm reporting from Blok M. South Jakarta-
My name Ihksanti Adiski Nurani, in the edition of Avrils TV on Thursday ,11 January 2024,
which will provide the latest and most up-to-date news.

 Reporting news
Indonesia's culinary heritage continues to thrive and is an important part of people's
daily lives. Typical Indonesian flavors continue to excite tastes, become a source of
inspiration for sellers, and attract the interest of local and foreign tourists.
The term Betawi soto was present in Indonesian culinary cuisine around 1977-1978,
but that does not mean there was no soto before that year. Like now I am at Soto
Betawi, a simple stall in the corner of the city that has been around for more than
three generations. This stall is very famous for its Betawi Sato which uses real cow's
milk and a distinctive spice aroma, even though it experienced a decline in customers
during the social restrictions period. Soto Betawi is now rising with innovation, such
as providing delivery services and making orders for office events. With the
enthusiasm and creativity of culinary entrepreneurs, Indonesian culinary delights
continue to transform into a cultural force that arouses appetites and invites
admiration. The culinary heritage of the archipelago remains part of the hope and
pride of the Indonesian people.
