• Evidencia: Vídeo entrevista virtual. GA2-240202501-AA1-EV02.

Con el apoyo de uno de sus compañeros y una vez apropiado el material de estudio
del segundo nivel realicé un video, en el cual realicé una presentación de una
entrevista de trabajo, postulándose para un empleo relacionado con su perfil
profesional. Luego de ser entrevistado intercambie el rol con su compañero para ser
el entrevistador.
Durante la entrevista deberá responder las siguientes preguntas:
1. Tell us about yourself
2. What motivates you?
3. What are your hobbies?
4. What are your future plans if you get this job?
5. What are your future goals or what are your career goals?
6. What do you see as a major success in your life?
7. Why did you leave your last job?
8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Para realizar la grabación de la entrevista virtual puede programar un encuentro
sincrónico a través de Skype, Zoom, Meet o Teams con su compañero de trabajo y
realizar la grabación de la entrevista para luego guardarla.
Lineamientos para la entrega de la evidencia:
● Producto a entregar: video de la entrevista virtual de trabajo. Una vez finalizada la
grabación de la entrevista debe cargar el vídeo a YouTube o Vimeo, con su cuenta
de correo personal o institucional; compruebe que no tenga restricciones de
visualización para que pueda compartir el enlace de visualización.
● Formato: Word o PDF con los datos básicos del entrevistado, entrevistador y la
URL del vídeo. Tenga en cuenta que se debe garantizar la visualización del video.
● Extensión: de 3 a 5 minutos.
● Para hacer el envío de la evidencia, remítase al área de la actividad

 VIRTUAL INTERVIEW, QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. Tell us about yourself.

During the last five years I have worked as a traveling driver for INSEPET
SAS. A small company leader in the sector of fuel dispensing equipment for
service stations in Colombia.
During that period, in addition to driving, I have managed different projects in
other departments of the company.
I was with the marketing department, in which I collaborated to create the
sales website of the company, and later in conjunction with the driving I was a
technician of fuel tank gauging and also learned everything about the
maintenance and repair of fuel dispensing equipment.
Thanks to these experiences, I have developed vital skills for this position,
such as problem solving and the ability to work under pressure, in a team and
with a focus on results.
2. What motivates you?
To be honest, it’s my personal instinct to be competitive that motivates me to
get up every morning and work really hard. I always want to advance my
career and succeed in life, contributing to my organization with my skills,
perseverance and knowledge.
3. What are your hobbies?
Football is my escape route, it is much more than a hobby. I have a lot of
energy and with this hobby I burn all that I have left, I channel my joys and my
sorrows while I do sports. In addition, I have met new people and we have
made a nice group with which we do other activities from time to time.
4. What are your future plans if you get this job?
In the short term I hope to develop my technical skills in a company like yours,
which stands our for the quality of its work and customer satisfaction. In the
long term I see my self progressively assuming more responsibilities and
experience.
5. What are your future plans if you career goals?
I jus graduated with my degree in industrial mechanics and am excited to get
my first job in the industry now.
My long-term goals are to acquire a variety of knowledge and work to decide
which specialization I want to study. I would love to become an expert in a
specific field and here I can build a solid foundation.
6. What do you see as a major success in your life?
I believe success is a result when your hard work finally pays off. It is an
ongoing process, because after reaching a goal that I set for myself, there is
something else in my mind to achieve. For now my degree and this job are for
me a great success.
7. Why did you leave your last job?
I had been with the organization for several years, but I felt stuck. I wanted to
experience a new environment to continue growing professionally.
8. Where do you see yourself in five years?
One of the reasons I want to work at your company is that I see my growth
here. I am excited about the opportunity to work with a mentor and learn new
skills by working on new projects. So, in the next five years, I see myself
taking on new tasks as the job demands. I would like to see myself mentoring
other mentees when the time comes.
