INTRODUCTION
The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit meaning wheel or disk. It
represents the body's main energy centers and is our focal point for
spiritual and health advancement. There are seven chakras, each
vibrating at a different frequency, aligned along the spinal column.
The first three chakras — root, sacral, and solar plexus — govern
our sense of stability and security within the physical plane. The
heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras are what link us to our
higher selves and our connection to the spiritual world.
The meditation approach I'm going to teach you is a very simple one.
This form of meditation is designed to quiet and center your mind,
allowing space for creativity, inspiration, and spiritual growth.
Let’s begin…
TABLE OF CONTENTS
2
THE ROOT CHAKRA: MULADHARA
Draw energy up your roots into the space just in front of your
tailbone that is glowing red, and exhale it back down and wide
into the earth beneath you.
3
THE SACRAL CHAKRA:
SVADISTHANA
Sit with your hips higher than your knees so that your low back
and hips can relax. Rock your pelvis forward and backward a few
times to loosen up the space around the sacral center before
you find stillness.
4
THE SACRAL CHAKRA:
SVADISTHANA
5
THE SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA:
MANIPURA
Bringing energy to your solar plexus can remind you of your power
and strength when you are feeling disempowered, unworthy, or
insecure. Connect with your warrior nature to summon courage,
discipline, and confidence.
6
THE SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA:
MANIPURA
7
THE HEART CHAKRA: ANAHATA
Sit tall, with your shoulders back and a proud posture. Because
your lungs are connected to the heart chakra, it is critical that
you try to breathe deeply during this practice.
8
THE THROAT CHAKRA: VISUDDHA
9
THE THROAT CHAKRA: VISUDDHA
Imagine the blue light shining through your ears, assisting you in
listening to others and hearing your inner voice. Balancing this
chakra benefits all aspects of communication, from writing
effective and eloquent emails to having difficult conversations
with family members, to how you present your message through
paint, photography, or song.
10
THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA: AJNA
This meditation aids in mental clarity, expanding your vision for the
future, and trusting your intuition. You can more easily break
through your limiting thought patterns and cultivate greater wisdom
and imagination by regularly meditating on your third eye.
As you breathe in and out through your nose, keep your breath
smooth and steady.
11
THE CROWN CHAKRA:
SAHASRARA
This practice can assist you in connecting with your spiritual center.
Crown chakra meditations can help you feel more connected to the
oneness of all beings, which can help you overcome feelings of
isolation, heaviness, and hopelessness. When you're having trouble
connecting to the peace, love, and meaning you seek, try this
practice.
Sit in a comfortable position with your spine tall and regal. At the
top of your spine, imagine your head floating like a water lily.
Relax your jaw, neck, eyes, and brow. You could even tap a few
times on the crown of your head to stimulate and awaken the
crown chakra point.

CONCLUSION
If you try out a few or all of the meditation techniques above, keep a
journal to see how your energy unfolds over time. Or go further and
share a few of these ideas with your friends and family members.
