Mr.Dharmireddi Ram Ganesh from SEZ colony Dupituru Village, Atchutapuram Mandal of Anakapalli
District had joined a Six Months training Prgramme (Master Certificate Course in CNC Technology)
through SEEDAP in a Skill College by name MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapanam. (A Govt. Of
India Society, Ministry of MSME) on 03rd January, 2023. On post completion of the course she had
faced an interview at the comfort of her skill college and got selected in MSME Technology
centre.vskp.,as a CNC programmer for a monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000. He reported the
company and currently executing the learned skills for her self-growth and for the growth of the
organization.

If we further deep dive into the details of her transformation, He completed hir Diploma. (MECH) but has skill
gap to meet the requirement of the present industry. He had chosen the best option to take the training
provided by SEEDAP in association with DDUGKY at free of cost along with all the facilities like stay,
food,Accommodation&uniform etc. He got an excellent exposure to hard and soft skills during her training
and gained confidence to crack the interview. Currently, He settled well in the industry and shaping her future
towards her dream roles. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to SEEDAP, DDUGKY and MSME Training
