facilities. The Union of India should also categorically state whether the
accounts of the Sports Federations are maintained and if so the latest audit
report should be filed along with a statement as to who has audited the accounts
of the Sports Federations. The audited accounts should be brought to court in a
sealed cover on the next date of hearing.
The affidavit be filed within four weeks.
We make it clear that we do not propose to extend the time for filing the
affidavit because a detailed affidavit has not been filed by the Union of India
since it appeared in the matter on 20th January, 2010 which is almost two months
ago.
