Pakistan Sweet Home, located in Islamabad, presents a beautiful example of compassion and
care for orphaned children. Established in 2009, the institution’s primary objective is to provide a
loving and supportive environment for these children, ensuring their well-being, education, and
emotional
growth. Lead by CEO Mr. Zamurrad Khan, the organization continues to make a significant
impact on the lives of countless orphaned children in Islamabad and beyond.
The driving force behind Pakistan Sweet Home’s success is Mr. Zamurrad Khan. A visionary
and socially conscious individual, he founded the organization with a deep desire to assist
orphaned children and provide them with a bright future. Mr. Khan has extensive experience in
philanthropic activities and has received several accolades for his exceptional contributions.
As the CEO of Pakistan Sweet Home, Mr. Khan works tirelessly to oversee the operations of the
institution and ensure that its objectives are met. He collaborates with a team of professionals,
including social workers, educators, and medical staff, to create an environment conducive to
nurturing the children’s physical, emotional, and educational needs.
Upon entering the facility, one can feel the calm and love that is prevalent in the environment.
The orphans are enrolled in schools and are given proper education, which is made possible by
the generous donations of individuals and organizations. Additionally, they are also ministered to
spiritually, as the orphanage believes that internal peace and strength are just as crucial as
physical care.
The orphanage has separate wings for boys and girls, which includes dorms, washrooms, and
facilities for indoor and outdoor activities. The dorms are tidy and colorful, with each bed made
with fresh linens and blankets. The girls' wing is decorated beautifully, and there is a room with
neatly arranged dolls to create an inviting atmosphere for the young residents.
The staff members of Pakistan Sweet Home H9 are highly trained and dedicated. They are
responsible for the children's well-being and day-to-day activities, including meal preparation
and hygiene routines. The facility's kitchen is clean and well-equipped, providing healthy and
nutritious meals for the orphans.

During my visit , I noticed that the CEO did not visit the children properly. The children's
responses to my questions seemed rehearsed, and their answers were all the same. This led me to
question the level of training and attention given to the children at the institution. The purpose of
Pakistan Sweet Home H9 is to provide shelter and care for orphaned and abandoned children. It
is the responsibility of the CEO and staff members to ensure that these children receive the
proper care
and attention they deserve. However, during my visit, it seemed as though the CEO was simply
going through the motions, and not taking the time to truly engage with the children.
In addition, the responses provided by the children seemed scripted. It was as if they had been
given a set of answers to memorize, and were simply repeating them when asked questions. This
lack of individuality and spontaneity was alarming, and made me wonder if the children were
truly being given the opportunity to develop their own personalities and identities.
Another concern is the level of training provided to the children. While it is important for these
children to receive education and life skills training, it is equally important to ensure that they are
being taught skills that will help them become self-sufficient and independent. Without proper
training, these children may find it difficult to survive and thrive once they leave the institution.
Overall, my observations during my visit to Pakistan Sweet Home H9 in Islamabad have left me
with some concerns. While the institution is providing shelter and care to orphaned and
abandoned children, there are areas that need improvement. The CEO and staff members should
take a more active role in engaging with the children, and the training provided to the children
should focus on developing their individuality and independence.
During the visit, several observations were made that contribute to the overall assessment of the
institution. The first notable aspect was the cleanliness and organization of the premises. The
facilities were well-maintained, displaying the commitment of the staff in ensuring a hygienic
and safe environment for the children.
Furthermore, the caregivers at Pakistan Sweet Home H9 demonstrated genuine compassion and
care towards the children in their charge. They were actively engaged in providing emotional
support, educational opportunities, and recreational activities that fostered the children’s holistic
development. It was heartwarming to witness the positive interactions between the caregivers
and the children, creating a sense of belonging and security.
The institution’s efforts to prioritize the education of the children were also evident. The on-site
school provided quality education, and the teachers were enthusiastic in their approach,
encouraging active participation and creating a positive lear inning environment. The children
exhibited eagerness to learn, highlighting the impact of the institution’s commitment to
education.
Another exciting aspect observed was the emphasis placed on skill-building activities. The
children were actively involved in various vocational training programs such as stitching,
painting, and computer literacy, aimed at equipping them with valuable skills for future
independence.
Throughout the visit, it became apparent that Pakistan Sweet Home H9 was functioning as a
close-knit community, with an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation. The children displayed a
strong bond, exhibiting care and support for one another. This fostered a sense of unity and
family spirit within the institution.
Overall, the visit to Pakistan Sweet Home H9 in Islamabad left a lasting impression of a well-
organized, caring, and supportive environment for orphaned and abandoned children. The
institution’s dedication to the physical, emotional, and educational well-being of the children was
evident, offering hope for a brighter future for these vulnerable individuals.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, the visit to Pakistan Sweet Home H9 in Islamabad was a remarkable and eye-
opening experience. The facility, which serves as a refuge for orphaned and abandoned children,
stood out for its dedication to providing a nurturing and supportive environment. This facility
functions on the generosity of the community, and their donations are used to improve the
