in a field trip to Salisbury Zoological Park. I also give permission for my child to be transported
by a school bus to Salisbury. We will leave Sussex Tech at 10:00 and return before 2:30. If there
is some reason my child needs medical attention or must be sent home for disciplinary reasons I
will be contacted.

My child will have:

REMINDER: during this trip we will be walking around the zoo. Your child should bring a light
jacket and comfortable walking shoes.
