DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE

RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment 2015/863/EU

In accordance with nVent’s ESG commitments and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment
2015/863/EU, we continuously strive to deliver products and services that reduce environmental and
health and safety impacts when used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the
performance conditions stated in our product documentation.

nVent declares to the best of our knowledge, based on supplier responses or our own due diligence,
that our Electrical & Fastening Solutions (EFS) products are manufactured in compliance with the latest
version of the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment 2015/863/EU (RoHS Guide). Any
restricted substances above the homogeneous material concentrations contained within nVent
Electrical & Fastening Solutions products are set out in the below table. EFS brands that are in-scope
for this declaration are Caddy, Eriflex, Erico and Lenton.

Because we know directives, standards and available information continues to evolve, nVent closely
monitors, investigates, communicates and exercises due diligence within our supply chain to ensure we
continue to meet our obligations under the RoHS Directive. In the event that nVent becomes aware of
the presence of any restricted substances, whether through investigation, testing, or notification from a
supplier, we will notify appropriate authorities under the directive and amend the attached table to
reflect the same.
