1. What are the purposes of using legal terms. Are they linked to make easy to seek justice?
We are using legal terms because they help us to communicate more easily with each other.
Yes, they are. Good communication will make it easier for us to seek justice.

2. Room court has the most important function in law enforcement. write your explanation about any
activities are linked to the room court.
- The Parties
They confront the witnesses so they can be free from suspect.
- Witnesses
Witnesses give testimony about the facts or issues in the case that are in dispute.
- Lawyers
Lawyers task is to bring out the facts that put his or her client's case in the most favorable light, but to
do so using approved legal procedures
- The Judge
The judge presides over court proceedings from the his/her bench.
- The Jury
The jury role is to decide the facts in the case, and to apply the law on which the judge has instructed it
in order to reach a verdict.
- Court Reporter
The court reporter records everything that is said during the trial (or introduced into evidence) by
typing it on a stenographic machine or by making an electronic sound recording.
- Court Interpreter
Court interpreter job is to present a verbatim rendition of the testimony.
- Courtroom Clerk
The courtroom clerk administers oaths to witnesses and interpreters, takes care of records and exhibits,
keeps minutes of proceedings, prepares judgment and verdict forms, and generally helps the judge
keep the trial running smoothly.

3. There are the purposes and functions of law in society, why is a law needed by human being?
Law protect our general safety, and ensure our rights as citizens against abuses by other people, by
organizations, and by the government itself.

4. Are there any the differences between Rule of substance and Rules of procedure, write your arguments
clearly.
 Substantive law establishes the rights and obligations that govern people and organizations; it includes
all laws of general and specific applicability. Procedural law establishes the legal rules by which
substantive law is created, applied and enforced, particularly in a court of law.

5. There are many reasons why people might want or choose any of alternatives to resolve lawsuit.
Which one alternative is often chosen to solve the problem ?
Negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

6. There are any differences between civil and criminal cases. Please write your answer or explanation
about that in detail.
Criminal cases happen when someone breaks a law, or commits a criminal offense, which typically
results in jail time. Civil cases handle almost all other disputes, and typically aim for some sort of
recovery. A criminal case is filed by the government and is led by a prosecuting attorney.
