IDENTITAS VERA COLLIGITUR EX MULTTITUDINE SIGNORUM.
Means: True identity is collected from a multitude of signs.
- Maxims of Law from Bouvier’s 1856 Law Dictionary -
There is no identity of person between the Man identified in documents recorded in the public record of the State
of Arizona, Recorders Office, document numbers ###### thru #####, #######,
###### and ##### and the person of the “citizen” referenced some ### times throughout the Arizona Revised
Statutes (A.R.S.)
There is no identity of:
1) character.
2) circumstances.
3) nationality,
4) political status,
5) citizenship,
6) allegiance,
7) privileges and immunities,
8) territoriality,
9) domicile,
10) civil status,
11) rights and duties,
12) capacity and hence,
13) civil person.
Hence, there is no identity in any commercial status or contractual relations, because the Man herein identified does
not contract in the name of, or the capacity of, some “resident” foreigner, but only in the Man’s own true name, given
at birth, character, political status, and capacity.
