buildings. BREEAM is working to raise awareness among owners, occupants, designers and
companies of the benefits of taking a sustainable approach. It helps them successfully and
successfully adopt sustainable solutions and offers market recognition of their achievements.

THIS PROJECT MUST OBTAIN EXCELLENT BREEAM CERTIFICATION (MINIMUM 70

POINTS).

The project is carried out in accordance with Breeam requirements. The General Contractor must
ensure that all measures are taken and all the calculations for the evaluations are completed.

General Contractor must use an environment management system (EMS) covering the main
operations. EMS shall be certified either by ISO 14001 standard/ EMAS, or by an equivalent
standard.

According to Breeam, the site needs to be managed in an environmentally and socially responsible
manner. In order to do so, the General Contractor must observe at least six articles in each of the four
sections of the A1 Checklist of the Breeam Regulation.

It is necessary to implement a pollution prevention procedure on site. To minimize air and water
pollution during construction works, must be observed a list of actions, as described in Table 7 of the
