Butter Chicken

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks


¼ teaspoon chili powder (½ tsp for very spicy)
½ teaspoon turmeric (curcuma)
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper

Melt butter and add chicken and all other ingredients. Cook until chicken is done, remove from pan and
set aside.

2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cup yellow onion, diced
3 teaspoons garam masala
½ teaspoon chili powder (or ¾ for very spicy)
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne (more or less depending on desired spice level)
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 gloves garlic
3” cinnamon stick
Salt and pepper
14 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream

Melt butter, add in diced onion and all the spices. Cook for until onions are soft. Add in the tomato sauce
and cook for a while. Add in water and cook for a while. Add in heavy cream and cook for a while. Add in
chicken chunks!
