SQL Server Installtion:

 Run the SQL server setup with Admin permission.

 Accept the License terms.

 Select Microsoft update.

 For the Feature Selections will be recemented you have unselect the “PolyBase” rest of the
feature required.

 You have to Select the Default Instance.

 Select the Grant Perform volume maintenance then click next.

 Select the SQL Authentication method as a Mixed Mode.

 Provide the SA Authentication Password and Add the windows Admin user.

 Continue the setup with “Accept” and Next.

 Once SQL server installation completed it will confirm with the above message.
Management Studio Installation.
 Open the Management Studio Setup file then run as a admin permissions.

 Once installation completed it will ask for the restart the server.

 Open SQL Server Management Studio for Restoring the Database.

 Select DatabaseRight Click Restore Database.

 Select the Device and brows the Database Backup file.

 Once select the Database file click OK.

 Once Database Restored you will get the below message.

 Giving security permissions for the Database to establish the connection between Business
Central and SQL Server Database.
 Select the SQL server securityRight clickNew login.

 Select Windows and find the Network Service.

 Once Network Service Added.
 Select the Network ServiceRight ClickProperties.
 Select User Mapping then Select your Restored Database and assign the permission as below.

 Select the DatabaseRight clickProperties.

 Select the Network service then find the “Select” enable the Grand permission as below.
 Select the MasterRight clickProperties.
 Select the Network service then find the “Select” enable the Grand permission as below.
 Business Central Installations.
 Open the business central setup file and find the “Setup” as below and run with admin permission.

 Click next to start the installation.

 Click Agree and continue the installations.

 Select the Advance Installation options.

 Choose an Installation options.

 Select the Custom Insatllations.

 Here you have to select the below option needs to install.

i) AL Development Environment.
ii) Server Administrations Tool.
iii) Server.
iv) Web Server Component.

 Once the above selection is done click next.

 In this step you have to provide the information about the Database name and SQL server name.
  Once BC installation is done it will show the confirmation message.
