This written request must be accompanied by: 1. A self addressed stamped envelope 2. A $10.00 check or money order payable to the Director of Finance. (The $10.00 search fee is non-refundable). If you do not know whether the report you are requesting is an Offense or Accident, you may call 410-3962222 or simply provide a self addressed stamped envelope with your request and your request will be returned via U.S. Mail. Effective January 1, 2011 Baltimore Police Accident Reports are available online. To obtain reports for accidents which have occurred on January 1, 2011 or later please visit the Baltimore Police Official Web Site at www.baltimorepolice.org. For any accident report occurring prior to 2011you may make your request using this form. For assistance you may call 410-396-2222 between 7 AM and 3 PM Monday thru Friday. Please allow at least 10 business days from the accident date for reports to be available online. When visiting the Web Site proceed to the Contact Us icon then go to the request a Police Accident Report and follow the instructions.
