It has been observed that the University Employees (teaching/non-

teaching) appointed/nominated on various committees/bodies of the
University neither attend the meetings of the concerned committees nor do
they intimate about their inability to attend meetings of the said
committees.

The matter has been viewed very seriously by the University

Administration and it has been decided that the members absenting
themselves from the meetings of the committees without any prior
intimation or valid reasons will be dealt with according to University rules
and their appointment/nomination on the concerned committees
