1-FOOD

• One of korea`s traditional foods is


bibimbap which consists of rice with
vegetables and meat on top, while one
of Mexico´s traditional foods is mole,
which is characterized by a variety of chili
peppers and spices
2- CLOTHING
• In korea the traditional clothing is yhe hanbok
made for winter and sumer, in winter
they use or used to use the technique of soft
cotton and also cool clothes for summer
using hemp and ramie but the traditional
clothing of mexico that can be seen mostly in
older people consist of sash, chinquete,
blouse and shawl in the case of woman and
in men underwear and blanket shirt;
huaraches.

• In korea, 29.4% of the population practice


cristianity, 22.9% practice buddhism and almost
half of the population (46.4%) has no
religious affiliation on the other hand, in mexico,
the catholic religion is practiced more.
4-FESTIVITIES

• Korea celebrates yudu or yudujeol a summer


celebration also called the water festival according
to the lunar calensar, yudu is celebrated on the
fifteenth day of the sixth month, a way to
welcome the good weather and, above all, to thank
the good harvest of grain, vegetables and fruits,
something that is not done in Mexico nor is
it belived to be done in Mexico.

instruments used are Korea's own, and have a very
characteristic sound.In some or most cases there are
three typical Korean instruments. First is the gayageum
(가야금), a horizontal harp, In the middle sounds the
haegeum (해금), a kind of two-stringed violin that is
very difficult to play And the furthest instrument is the
piri (피리), which is a bamboo flute with a very sharp
sound, very different from a traditional Mexican music
as is the folklore, the gugak is more beaten and not
usually used for dancing unlike the folklore which is
more soft, rhythmic and cheerful.
