M/s SNS NDT Services (hereinafter called Applicant) having Registered office at 97‐D, Usha‐Siddhi Kuni, Burdmn
Compound Lalpur Compound, Ranchi – 834001 intend to participate in above referred enlistment of NTPC Ltd.

The enlistment condition stipulates that the applicant shall submit supporting Documents pertaining to Technical
Qualifying Requirement duly verified and certified by a specified independent Third Party Inspection Agency as per the
list mentioned in the Enlistment documents

In this regard, it is hereby confirmed that we have examined the following documents, which are also attached with this
letter. The same has been verified from the Original Documents and / or Client for authenticity.

We hereby confirm that the following documents are found to be genuine and authentic.
1. Work Order ‐ BEPL/CONT/2019/1230 dated: 02.07.2019
2. Work completion certificate ‐ BEPL/BHEL/NKP/HR/SL No‐649/21
3. Annual Tax Statement for 2021, 2022 & 2023
