Respected sir,
I am S.J. Ali Proprietor of SAYED JAHANGIR ALI, Supplier of tractor on a
hire charge basis.
I am pleased to submit you the best and lowest rate below for supply tractor on hire charge basis
at your site. I am hopeful that the rate will suit your good self and I shall be favored by your
order.

Terms & condition: -

1. Tractor monthly hire charge 12 hours basic 35,000/- @ 1no (Additional duty to paid overtime).
2. The above rate(s) included driver’s fooding.
3. Monthly works days will be count for 28 days, remaining 2 days will be reserved for
maintenance.
4. Fuel such as diesel will be provided by the company per hours 2.5-3Ltrs.
5. Driver’s rest room shall be provided by the company.
6. This Quotation valid two months only.
7. Payment(s) shall be done within 10 days after the submission of bill.
