Each ePoster must be uploaded in 2 different formats i.e.

the PDF for the actual ePoster and a JPG or

PNG format for the preview page.

All ePosters must meet the following specifications:

Language: English

Document length: 1 page only

Font: Minimum 16pt font size recommended.

Use a standard font (eg. Arial, Calibri, Helvetica, Tahoma, Times New Roman).

Layout: Include the abstract title at the top of your ePoster. Indicate any references and conflicts of
interest at the bottom of your ePoster.

File type: PDF (.pdf)

Orientation: Portrait orientation

Format: 9:16

Minimum recommended size: Pixels: 1080 width x 1920 height

Maximum file size: 5MB

Media: Images, graphs and tables can be included in the ePoster. (No Videos allowed).

Preview page: Recommended file type: JPG or PNG

Maximum weight: 5MB

Page dimensions: 1080 X 1920 (vertical recommended)

(The participants will click on the preview slide to access the actual PDF ePoster file)
