10. Can you tell what the decree stated on custody of children?

11. Did the decree state anything on legal procedures which are to be followed while

taking children out of UK?

12. Was Raj aware of this conditions mentioned in the decree and if he knew did he

dispute on the terms mentioned it then?

13. Did Raj comply with Visitation rights and the decree?

14. So despite knowing about the divorce decree and legal procedures raj took the

children out of India without the permission of London Court?

the London’s court permission is required to take the child out of India?

8. What was the sole reason?

9. Is fathers illness a right reason to deprive the children out of their mothers love?

10. Now even after bringing the children’ you are clearly aware that the child miss their

11. They can make friends anywhere but consider that they were born and brought up in

London, their upbringing was majorly made in London?

12. If you are clearly stating that when their upbringing in London then how can you

claim that they will be satisfied her?
