Evidence was submitted by iilocandcr Moar.on the


3rd )udember, 1901, at 'innipog, before Mr. McKonna, in
Sup)ort of the claim of his abont mother, Mary Moar, rida
JorI&i, Atccording to the moorindum attachod to anch
evidence, rs. oar was born in 1849 at fled aivor, and
on the 15th July, 1370, was resident in the coded portions
of the Uorth-ost Territories; and her claim, it is stated
in the said raonorandum, should, therefore, be catod as
a iorth-wost head of a family. Mr. McKonna decided, how-
uor, that there shoJ.d be satieactory reason shown Cor
not previously applying and with jroof not in Treaty and
ovi1onco of identification.
