Be reminded that the normal hours of work on any week shall be from 0745 to 1645 hours. ‘This Circular serves to remind Heads of Ministries and Departments that no member should be allowed to leave their work stations prior to 1645 hours. In view of the aforesaid, please inform members that milling around places where buses ferry members to their place of residences before knock off time is now prohibited. Accordingly, Chief Directors and Directors of Human Resources are hereby directed to institute appropriate action against members who fail to observe the official working hours.
