I, Anil Ambani (herein mentioned as borrower) make commitment to pay the following lenders
the principal amount I have borrowed along with 10% Simple Interest Annually.

HDFC Bank – Principal amount borrowed 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only/-) to be repaid
within 25 years (twenty-five years).

Yes Bank – Principal amount Borrowed 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only/-) to be repaid
within 30 years (thirty years).

Reliance Industries Limited – Principal amount borrowed 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores
only/-) to be repaid within 10 years (ten years), with an option to repay the amount through
issue of fresh securities of borrower’s company.
