/ NOTICE

In continuation of Employment Advertisement dated

18.12.2023 got published by this office in two newspapers i.e. ‘The

Statesman (English), Delhi’ and Hindi daily newspaper ‘Dainik Chetna,

Bhiwani’ and vacancies notified to Employment Exchange, Jhajjar as well

as names of eligible candidates obtained from Secretary, Zila Sainik Board,

Jhajjar (against reserved posts of Process Servers and Peons), it is hereby

informed to the candidates who have applied against the posts of Process

Severs and Peons (purely temporary but on regular basis) that the

interviews to fill up the said vacancies, shall be conducted by the Sub

Committees in the Judicial Courts Complex, Jhajjar on the following

The candidates are required to report for their interviews on

the scheduled dates at 10.00 a.m. sharp. They are also directed to bring

their original testimonials while appearing for interview.

Note:- Separate roll number-wise lists of candidates who have

been found to be eligible for interviews for the posts of
Process Servers and Peons as well as those candidates
whose applications have been rejected by the Recruitment
Committee, have been uploaded on the official website of
District Courts, Jhajjar.

This notice be uploaded on the official website of this office as

well as be displayed on the notice board of this office.

No separate advertisement/call letters etc. shall be issued for

the interviews.
