No ID, No Entry in Human Resources Approach This includes everything from compensation,
recruitment, learning and development, and succession planning, among other things. However,
the department must conduct all of these activities with dignity and respect for all employees.

When it comes to the human resources approach's Content of Communication, we can say that it
combines the Task, Social, and Innovation of an Organization, and if we use the example of No
ID, No Entry, we can say that the reason an Organization did this was to have a broad change or
development in their Organization that may have a better effect on the Entire Company or
Organization because of the No Id, No Entry Policy, the Security will be even Tighter and the
People inside it will be safer.

The human resources approach's Direction of Communication Flow is the All Directions, team
based, on whether all communication flows are included or belong to the human resources
approach, there are downward, upward, lateral, diagonal, and external. Because being able to
communicate effectively across an organization, from the highest to the lowest levels, nurtures a
productive and efficient environment. Employees are better able to understand one another,
which boosts office morale and unity.

All mode/channel can be accessible of it. Because it does not restrict the use of anything to
obtain or know information, the human resources approach covers every mode/channel of
communication that can be used in an organization. By using it more readily available and
quickly, he can obtain whatever information the organization wishes to communicate to the
individuals contained therein.

When it comes to the human resources approach, the communication style is both formal and
informal, but informal is preferred. It refers to the quick, simple, and effective method of
information and idea sharing among staff members. The ability to communicate is frequently
what enables the growth of relationships and trust among coworkers.
