Upon the Owner's acknowledgment of the maintenance fee, we will levy the fee as agreed by both
parties, which includes a 6% service tax before March 1st, 2024, followed by an 8% service tax
effective from March 1st, 2024. Please refer to the attached notice regarding changes to the service
tax rates.
