VEHICLE EXIT/ ENTRY ONLINE SYSTEM
Royal Customs and Excise Department in its continuous efforts to improve their service
delivery hereby announce the implementation of Vehicle Exit/Entry Online System (VES),
as their new initiative for traders and members of the public.

\VES Pass application can be made online by registering on ywww,bdnsv.gov.bn
This system will facilitate and expedite the application and approval process for vehicles
exiting or entering the border checkpoints. The application can be made online via
www. bdnsw.gov.bn. The main objective of the implementation of this new system is to
replace the existing registration process and the usage of manual form to reduce
congestion at the border checkpoints due to the manual application process. QR code
system will also be introduced whereby the VES Pass will be scanned to cut the waiting

Royal Customs and Excise Department advise members of the public to utilize this system
and to obtain their VES Pass before exiting border checkpoints by registering their
vehicles electronically prior to the date of departure.
Members of the public, specifically vehicle owners are also reminded to update their email
address in the Land Transportation System to enable them to receive notification of
registration when application is submitted in VES.
Vehicle owners may either save their VES Pass in their smartphone or tablet, or have it
printed to be scanned at the border checkpoints.
‘The VES Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of registration.
