1. That the above-noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court,

and the complainant is seeking relief against the respondent
accused.

2. That an enquiry was conducted by the Enquiry Officer on the

order on Exhibit 1 given by this Hon’ble Court on 20.10.2023, and
a report has been filed before this Hon’ble Court on the last date
of hearing.

3. That the complainant has carefully perused the report filed by the
Enquiry Officer and has no objection to the findings and
conclusions drawn therein.

4. It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court

may be pleased to:

a) Issue summons to the respondent accused, directing them to

appear before this Court on the next date of hearing.

b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may
deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
