1. Regulations
- Cambodian Securities and Securities Commission (SECC): The main regulatory body
responsible for supervising and regulating securities and capital markets activities in Cambodia.

2. Components:
- Cambodia Stock Exchange (CSX): The platform where securities are traded. It provides a
marketplace for listed companies and investors to buy and sell stocks. The platform where

- Securities payment and compensation system (SCSS): Responsible for clearing and settling

3. Trading hours and Holidays


● Trading Hours : Regular trading hours for the Cambodia Securities Exchange are
typically from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on regular business
days.

● Holidays: The securities market in Cambodia observes holidays on which trading does
not occur. These holidays could include national holidays and other non-business days
