Note: Clean box connection of the shoe joint and pin of the intermediate joint cleaned with barite to remove storage grease. Note: Apply thread-lock compound to the pin and make up to shoe joint with maximum 21600 ftlbs recorded on Jam unit (Friction Factor of threadlok - 1.18) for intermediate joint. Note: Ensure centralisers are as per tally. Note: Install safety clamp for first 10 joints. 15. Pick up the 9 5/8” float collar joint. Fill the joint with water on catwalk (confirm flushing through) and confirm the float is operational prior to M/U Note: pin and box connections cleaned with barite to remove storage grease. Note: Confirm centralisers as per tally. 16. Run in hole with 9 5/8”, 43.5 pf, L-80, VAM Top KS as per casing tally to the 13 3/8” casing shoe at +/- 190 m Mo. Note: Ensure centralisers as per casing tally. Note: Make each connection up to 19,600 ftbs. Note: Record all connections with JAM unit. Note: Fill string every 5 joints, 3 bbl per joint (24 strokes per joint) Note: Install safety clamp for first 10 joints. Note: Ensure surge calculations have been completed by Geoservices prior to running into open hole. 17. Break circulation prior to running into open hole. Take P/U. S/O weights. 18. Continue running in open hole with 9 5/8”, 43.5 ppf, L-80, VAM Top KS as per casing tally. Note: Any slack off above normal drag greater that 10 Kibs, inform Sasol SDCSV. Instruction may be given to circulate past obstruction with water bushing. Note: Geo Services to monitor for losses Note: Record all connections with JAM unit. 19. Pick up Streamflo 9 5/8” casing hanger / CHRT and landing joint assembly. Note: Confirm number of 9 5/8” joints on surface. 20. Make up the 9 5/8” casing hanger (with water bushing installed) to last 9 5/8” 43.5ppf VAM Top casing. Make connection up to Maximum MUT of 19,600 ft.lbs. ‘© Confirm all required measurements are taken of the casing hanger before it is run through the rig floor. ‘Install chain tongs on the landing joint and crack RT to confirm free. «Record pick up, slack off and hanging casing string weight in the DDR. 21. RIH with string to position casing hanger below RT. Set slips. If required wash down with 100-200gpm. 22. P/U 3 m9 5/8” casing Pup and make up on the Landing joint (pup required to land because of landing string is short). 23. Continue RIH strapping and land 9 5/8” casing hanger in the wellhead housing, slack off all the casing weight and confirm the casing is landed. DCSV and StreamFlo to witness land out. If in doubt check landing through the sov. 24, B/0.3m9 5/8" casing pup and lay down. Note: Single joint elevator to be used to lift the Landing joint after cement joint. 25. Rig down casing tongs and JAM Unit Offline: - Confirm spacer is being prepared in pits and that cementers have water onboard. - AD to double check casing tally and ensure deck crew have copies available.
