SECTION 1. LETTER OF INVITATION

TA-9800 NEP: Portfolio Management and Capacity Development for Enhanced Portfolio
Performance - Medical Equipment Survey in Public Health Facilities of Nepal (53238-001)

1. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will finance consulting services (Services) for the
above project under technical assistance (TA) to the Government of Nepal.

2. ADB now invites proposals in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the
Services as described in the Terms of Reference (Section 7), in line with the Applicable
Policy governing the project. ADB will select the Consultant using Simplified Consultants'
Qualifications Selection (SCQS) with a Single-Stage Proposal. The selection process is
open to legal entities constituted, incorporated, or registered in an ADB Member and
operating in conformity with the laws of that Member, subject to eligibility requirements
stated in Paragraph 13 of Section 3 of this RFP.

3. The RFP includes the following documents:

you intend to submit a Proposal.
