Protein Sequence Analysis of Covid19 using Python.

Targets set for the week:

 Understand the Overview of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Importance of Protein
Sequence Analysis.
 Learn Python Basics, Data Types, and Operators.

Progress/Achievements for the week:

 Researched and gathered information about the Covid-19 pandemic.
 Understood why protein sequence analysis is crucial.
 Prepared a brief summary of the pandemic and its relevance to bioinformatics.
  Covered basic Python concepts such as variables, data types, and basic
operators.
 Wrote Python code to perform simple arithmetic operations.
 Familiarized with string manipulation and Python's built-in functions.

Future Work Plans:

 Learn about Python modules and packages.
 Import and use external libraries in Python.
 Dive into Try-Except statements and error handling in Python.
 Practice handling exceptions to ensure robust code in the later stages of the
project.
