INDEMNITY BOND In consideration being nominated at my request to under all types of training and also participating in any ‘Camp/Course/adventure training activities like Mountaineering, Rock Climbing and travelling. I undertake and agree that neither I nor my executor nor Administrators will make any claim against the Govt. of India or against any officers JCOs or Civilian MT Driver against any person in the service of Govt. of India in respect of any loss oF injuries to resulting in death in which may suffering consequence of my being if training, participating in any Camp/Course, adventure training activities in/out side NCC or travelling. I undersigned that no compensation will paid by Govt. of India, or any Officers, JCOs or Armed Forces, Civilian Drivers or any persons in the service of Govt. of India in respect of any such loss or injury, including injury in death and I agree so as to binding myself; my executor and administrator to identify the Govt. of India any Officers, JCO’s or Armed Forces, personal, civilian MT Driver or any person in the service of Govt, of India against any claim which may be any third party during or in connection with the said training, Courses, adventure activities and injury by rail, road, sea, river and flights. The Govt. has agreed jp bear the stump duty on this bond. If go there, I shall be so at my risk. T have been explained the orders regarding the precautions to be taken against drowning accidents and understood them.
