WHEREAS, it has become necessary to issue new Directive that will reduce economic, social, and psychological stress on the com- unity and that focus on effective prevention measures by taking les- «sons from the implementation of the former precautionary measures, NOW, THEREFORE, this Directive is issued by the Ethiopian Pub- lic Health Institute in accordance with Article 72 (2) of the Food and Medicine Administration Proclamation No. 1112/2019, Article $5(3) of the Food, Medicine, and Healthcare Administration and Control Proclamation No. 661/2009, and Article 98 of the Council of Minis- ters Regulation on Food, Medicine, and Healthcare Administration and Control No, 299/2013. Short Title This Directive may be cited as the “An amended Directive to provide on Prohibited Activities and Imposed Duties for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Pandemic No 882/2022".
