A Two Day Symposium on Urban Possibilities

The acceleration of urban change since the turn of the millennium has
been exponential in comparison to the past. This transition began with
the advent of Information Technology. Generation 'Z' is the first social
generation that is native to the access and usage of portable digital
technology. Their preferences, behaviours, and values are significantly
influencing the design, functionality, and culture of cities.
Generation Z Urbanism reflects a shift in principles towards more
connected, sustainable, inclusive, and experiential urban environments
that cater to the unique preferences and values of this generation.
Architects, Urban planners, developers, and policymakers have geared
up to adapt and integrate these factors when designing built
environments to ensure they remain vibrant, resilient, and appealing to
fostering future generations.
