POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, SEFORPUN E.I.R.L, a
corporation organized under the laws of PERU (the “Company”) and having its
registered office at AV. PUNO NRO. 733 P.J. LA LIBERTAD (AV LIMA Y AV ALVARADO)
LIMA -
LIMA - COMAS, does hereby constitute and appoint N-LOG. INTERNATIONAL CARGO S.A.C.
(with power of substitution) (the “Attorney”) of SEFORPUN E.I.R.L, as its true and lawful
agent, Attorney-in-Fact and proxy, with full powers to represent the Company, and to
authorize, execute and deliver all documentation needed in connection with the execution
of a service contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Contract”) to be entered into by
the Company as shipper with any selected and nominated shipping line by the Attorney
as carrier and dated on or about Lima, 2023, and thereby:

(i) To accept, approve, execute and deliver in such form, with such changes and on such
terms and conditions as he/she deems appropriate, the Service Contract on behalf of
the Company (the Service Contract may be signed solely by the Company as shipper or
jointly with other shippers, at the Attorney-in-Facts discretion);

(ii) To accept, approve, execute and deliver any and all certificates and other documents as
may be contemplated by the Service Contract; and

(iii) To accept, approve, execute, and deliver on such form and on such terms and conditions
as he/she deems appropriate on behalf of the Company any additional documents
including amendments which he/she deems necessary or advisable, and to perform
any other acts which he/she deems necessary or advisable in connection with the
transactions contemplated therein and thereby.

(iv) To accept, negotation for commodity MANDARINA and destinations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOFF, the Company has caused this Power of Attorney to be duly executed by
its authorized officer from date 11/10/2023 until day of 11/10/2024.
