FIRST - OBJECT: By means of this contract, Dinnaury Amador undertakes to transfer the
ownership and corresponding rights of the property located in Texas, to Rosangela Martinez,
Kelvin Albuez, Rosbiandy who in turn undertakes to pay for said property the sum of three
hundred dolars, in the manner stipulated in the third clause of this contract.

SECOND - DELIVERY OF THE PROPERTY: Dinnaury Amador undertakes to deliver the

property free of occupants, liens and up to date with payments of taxes and services until the
delivery date. Possession of the property will be delivered to Rosangela Martinez, Kelvin Albuez,
Rosbiandy De Jesus, on 22/3/2024, date from which all responsibilities derived from the property
will be assumed.

THIRD - METHOD OF PAYMENT: The price agreed upon for the purchase of the property will
be paid as follows: an advance payment of 50% of the total, equivalent to I feel fifty dollars, upon
signature of this contract.

FOURTH - CRIMINAL CLAUSES: In the event of non-compliance by any of the parties, the
affected party will have the right to demand compliance with the contract or request its
termination, with agreed compensation for damages.
