In exchange for participation in THE TOMB OF THE NINE GODS (henceforth known as the "Activity"),
as managed by WITHERS (henceforth known as the authorized "Releasee"), located in the publicly
undisclosed location of CHULT , I hereby agree as follows:

 I understand that participation in the Activity is rather foolish, considering the time-consuming and
dangerous efforts I undertook to search for a notoriously well-hidden and securely-locked-away structure
of unknown contents. I understand that, whether willfully or unintentionally, my efforts to arrive at the
location of the Activity likely resulted in broken promises, strained relationships, incomplete quests, and
the injury and/or death of many species of fauna, flora, monstrosities, aberrations, and humanoids of all
types (both living and un-living), and I will have to reconcile their worth against my own self-absorbed
reasons to participate in the Activity at some later date.

 I understand that the Activity involves inherent risks, including risk of emotional, physical, or psychological
injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, paralysis, exposure to hazardous materials and effects,
transfiguration, disintegration, curses, forced relocation, magical misfortunes of any type, death, and/or any
recycling or reuse after death, and yet I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Activity.

 I understand that there will be items of monetary, cultural, or divine worth (henceforth known as the “Bait”)
located within the Activity, and any treasures found are treasures earned. Although the Activity is stocked
from time-to-time with items of value, I acknowledge it is not guaranteed to provide Bait that is
personalized, interesting or particularly useful to every specific participant. I also agree that by participating
in the Activity I consent to receiving all communications from the Releasee, and/or any authorized third-
party entities, regarding Activity progress reports, content reviews, personal opinions, service bulletins,
multi-level marketing opportunities, or any other correspondence.

 The environment within the Activity may interfere with certain spellcasting activities and/or outcomes,
whether arcane, spiritual, or inherent in nature. The Releasee has provided examples of some reported
interferences in the attached Appendix, as it pleases them to insert more uncertainty, doubt, and dread in
the minds of participants.

 This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written
agreements, understandings, or sacred oaths made concerning participation in the Activity. I agree to
indemnify Releasee against all claims, legal actions, damages, judgments (monetary or divine) arising out of
or relating to my participation in the Activity. This Release may not be altered, amended, dispelled, or
modified, except by a written document signed in blood by both parties.

I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this agreement and am freely, knowingly, and
voluntarily accepting all terms. The Releasee would like you to know that should you disagree, dispute, or down-
right deny any or all terms or portions of this agreement, they care not. They are only interested in the anguish,
torment, and soul-crushing heartache that participation in the Activity is expected to cause…for terror and
despair are truly a delicious combination to consume.
